​​​​​​I'm Jordan Tuttle, a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser with over 20 years of experience helping people secure the right mortgage for their unique circumstances.

I started Bay Mortgages with a clear goal: to offer straightforward, honest advice that puts people first—not products. I work with first-time buyers, home movers, remortgagers, self-employed clients, and buy-to-let landlords, offering a friendly, local service backed by access to more than 90 lenders across the whole of the market.

As someone who lives locally in Poole, I understand the property landscape here and take pride in helping my clients make confident, informed decisions—whether that’s buying their first home or building a property portfolio.
